TYPE OF WINE: dessert wine

THE GRAPES: 40% Grechetto, 35% Malvasia, 25% Procanico & Sauvignon

DRYING: the grapes, harvested late in the year, have undergone a 60 day drying period on grates placed in airy positions and at a temperature of 20 C



REFINING: in stainless steel, finally in bottles for 6 months, stored at controlled temperature, before shipping

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13.5 % by volume

TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.15

COLOUR: vivid straw yellow, turning to gold & amber with ageing

BOUQUET: elegant, delicate, with a subtle hint of almond & vanilla.

TASTE: reminding mature fruit, sweet, rich, velvety & lively at the same time.

COMBINATIONS: it can be drunk alone; best with strong cheese & tarts

CONSUMPTION: At its best starting from its second year. If stored properly, It ages well

POURING TEMPERATURE: 8-10C.

FORMAT: 375 ml.
